Clarine Sexton Finch, 85, widow of Earl Finch, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Baptist Health Lexington.

She was born June 17, 1927 in Nicholas County to the late George & Leda Mann Sexton, was a retired employee of Jockey International and was a devoted member of the New Beginnings Church, where she taught Sunday School for more than 50 years.

She is survived by a son, Danny (Rosie) Hughes, of Carlisle, 2 daughters, Donna (Billy) Dixon, of Carlisle, and Mindy (Mark) Villa, of Richmond, a brother, G.W. (Faye) Sexton, Jr., a sister, Pauline Cartmill, both of Carlisle, 4 grandchildren, Kevin "Togie" Hughes, Shauna Garrett, Matthew Dixon and Hannah Dixon, and 2 great-grandchildren, Audri & Dray Hughes.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Steve Finch, 2 brothers, Allie & Estil Sexton, and a grandson, Shane Hughes.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 11, 2013 at the New Beginnings Church by Rev. Darrell Sexton with burial following in the Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Sunday at the church.
