Helen Smith Frederick, 93, wife of the late John W. Frederick, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016 at her home.
Born August 15, 1922 in Saskatchewan, Canada to the late Wilbur & Helen B. Dull Smith, Helen grew up in Clarkston, Washington. She was a retired employee of Jockey International and member of the Rose Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed painting and traveling, and loved being surrounded by her family, who she always wanted to feed despite not liking to cook.
Left to cherish her memory are 2 sons: Bill (Yvonne) Frederick, of Kettle Falls, Washington, and Bob (Thelma) Frederick, of Acworth, Georgia, a daughter, Kathy (Gary) Dale, of Carlisle, 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews
Also preceding her in death were one sister, six brothers, a son, Benny Frederick, 2 grandchildren, Melvin & Bridgett Feeback, and one great-grandson, Braxton Coats.
Graveside memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, September 2, 2016 in the Carlisle Cemetery Chapel.
