Rheba Annis Talley Wilcoxson, 90, wife of the late Ronald Hunt "Ronnie" Wilcoxson, passed away Monday, September 28, 2026 at Willowbrook HealthCare in Carlisle.

Born August 4, 1936 in the Peck's Ridge area of Fleming County to the late Paul Huston & Margie Cray Talley, she was a graduate of Fleming County High School, a former employee of Bluegrass Industries and the Flemingsburg Shoe Company, and worked as a nurse's aide at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home for many years. Annis was also a member of the Carlisle Christian Church. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and was known for her great kindness to animals and her love of riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Surviving are a sister-in-law, Fay Kimes; a brother-in-law, Wayne Wilcoxson; and several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Billy & Larry Talley; a special nephew, Paul Talley; a special niece, Vicky Wilcoxson Purvis; a special great-niece, Kassie Boots; her in-laws, Leonard & Elizabeth Wilcoxson; 2 brothers-in-law, Jimmy & David Wilcoxson; and her beloved dog, Girlie, along with several other dogs, cats and wildlife.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 1st at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Steve Smith with burial to follow in Elizaville Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 12:00 Noon Thursday.
