Calvin "Jack" Earlywine, 86, passed away on Friday March, 11, 2011 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

He was born January 16, 1925 in Nicholas Co. to the late Roy & Zettie Mynear Earlywine and was a lifelong farmer.

Survivors include a brother, Chester (Bertie) Earlywine, of Robertson Co., 3 sisters, Elloree Ritchie, Clara Sapp & Linda (Stanley) Morris, all of Carlisle, and several nieces & nephews.

He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Clyde & Shirley Earlywine, and 3 sisters, Juanita Earlywine, Gertrude Hollar & Addie Jackson.

Services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Gaylord Gillispie. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:00 PM Sunday.
