Clay William Fryman 78 husband of the late Kathleen C. Fryman passed away Friday, April 16, 2010 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville.

A lifelong resident of Nicholas Co. he was born December 6, 1931 a son of the late Harrison & Olive Mitchell Fryman. He was a tobacco and dairy farmer and had a deep love of the land. He was a member of Mt. Zion Christian Church.

He is survived by 2 children, Debbie F. (Mike) Ammerman, Cynthiana and Mike (Staci) Kinder, Carlisle, a very special friend Larry Smalley, Carlisle, and 6 grandchildren, Sarah Clay Ammerman, Rachel Ammerman, Charlie Ammerman, Brooklyn Kinder, Landon Kinder & Logan Kinder.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday from the Mathers-Gaunce Chapel by Rev. Don Toy & Rev. Mike Hays. Burial will be in A Keller Cemetery in Cynthiana.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Monday.
