Eunice Parsons Cundiff, 90, widow of Frank Cundiff, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

Born July 5, 1924 in Nicholas County to the late Leonard T. & Maude Irene Green Davis Parsons, she was a devoted homemaker, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by 2 sons: Raymond (Martha) Mitchell, of Moorefield, and Philip Cundiff, of Nicholasville; 3 daughters: Peggy (Cecil) Howard, Reva (Mike) Fuller, & Lesa Cundiff, all of Carlisle; 10 grandchildren: Camille Sewell, April Howard, Dana Boone, Daniel Howard, Randy Howard, Shane Fuller, Trevor Fuller, Leslie Hall, Holly St. Clair and Tonya Wade; 20 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Betty Wade, a brother, Raymond Parsons, and 2 sisters, Ruby Rose and Lorene Grayson.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 28, 2014 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Bro. Tony Smith. Burial will follow in the Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Friday until the time of service.
