Fiercy Hogg Duncan, 85, widow of Willie David Duncan died Friday May 18, 2007 at Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home.

She was born June 25, 1921 in Letcher Co. to the late John & Mary Gilley Hogg ,was a retired teachers aide and a member of Carlisle Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, Norman (Bonnie) Duncan, Carlisle, 2 daughters, Charlotte (Gerald) Newton, Winchester & Ellen Duncan, Decatur, Alabama, 5 grandchildren, Lesley Newsome, Anthony Hobbs, Tara Holland, Devon Graham & Ross Taylor and 6 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday at Mathers-Gaunce F.H. by Rev. Steve Smith. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Carlisle Christian Church Building Fund.
