John Charles McCall, 71, husband of Ethel McCall, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011.

He was born July 9, 1939 in Bourbon County to the late Nelson, Sr. & Hazel Smith McCall.

Other survivors include 3 sons, John (Regina) McCall, Jr., Carlisle, Patrick (Kathy) McCall & Michael (Tara) McCall, Cynthiana, 2 daughters, Tracy Milner (Rich Hafer), Cynthiana & Lucy McCall, Carlisle, 3 sisters, Carolyn Revaz, Connecticut, Ginger Proffit, Winchester & Ruth Jean Herndon, Mt. Sterling, 10 grandchildren, Dwayne McCall, Michelle (Joey) Morgan, Amber Milner, Trista Milner (Calvin James), Cotey McCall, Michael Todd McCall, Michael Patrick McCall, Cody Lee McCall, Shelby McCall & Samantha McCall, and 5 great-grandchildren, Jayden James, Alaina Milner, Grayson Colt McCall, Jaxton James & Ryan Morgan.

He was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, Nelson, Jr., Frank, Clayton and Jack Thomas McCall and a sister, Mary Jane McCall.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Bro. Phillip Mattox. Private family burial will follow in the McCall Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Wednesday.
