Margaret E. Howard, 99, widow of Hurschel Howard, died Monday, January 5, 2009, at Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home-.

She was born January 15, 1909 in Montgomery Co. to the late Plinty Fasset & Addeline Dragoo Moore, was a homemaker and member of the Carlisle United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a brother-in-law, Jim (Clarine)Howard, a sister-in-law, Myrtle Howard, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Mathers-Gaunce F.H. by Rev. James Doughton and Rev. Jason Carpintero. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be David, Gary, Harold, Jackie, Russell and William Howard.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday.
