Pearl Elizabeth Farris, 86, widow of Burton Farris, died Saturday, March 17, 2007 at Nicholas Co. Hospital.

She was born December 24, 1920 in Nicholas Co. to the late James R. & Marian Stone Bellamy and was a member of Carlisle United Methodist Church.

Survivors include 2 sons, W.C. Gaunce, Franklin, Virginia & James Gaunce, Holland, Michigan, 2 daughters, Anna Cassity, Millersburg & Margaret Pittman, Lawrenceburg, 2 brothers, James R. Bellamy, Jr., Carlisle & Stanley Bellamy, Navarre, Florida, a sister, Helen Gaunce, Willisburg, 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Mathers-Gaunce F.H. by Rev. Julian Hammonds and Rev. Ernie Carmicle. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Carlisle United Methodist Church Roof Fund.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Monday.
