Stephen D. "Danny" Morris, 43, husband of Michelle Asbury Morris, died Saturday at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead of injuries received in a motorcycle accident during a charity benefit ride.

He was born July 9, 1965 to the late Bennie, Sr. and Janet Spigles Morris. He was employed with Western Pacific Storage Solutions in Paris.

Survivors include 3 sons, Matthew Morris (Andrea Snapp), Bradley Morris, and Dustin Morris, all of Carlisle, 4 brothers, Bennie Morris, Jr. (Crystal), Carlisle, Larry Morris (Gwen), Carlisle, Darrin Morris (Rachel), Paris, and Patrick Morris (Emma), Carlisle, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Howard Livingood with burial to follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Tuesday at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home.
