Timothy Ray "Timmy" Fryman, 64, husband of Missy Myers Fryman, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026 at his home in Pleasant Valley.

Born September 10, 1961 in Nicholas County to the late Paul Ray & Connie Sue Gray Fryman, he was a lifelong farmer and former employee of Jockey Knitting. Timmy loved spending time outdoors, both on the farm and in the woods hunting. He was blessed with a large collection of trophy bucks and greatly enjoyed collecting knives.

Additional survivors include 2 daughters, Ashley (Mitchell) Hamilton and Kayla (D.R.) Purvis; 3 brothers: Michael Fryman (April Gibson), Jeff Fryman (Amanda Chadwick) & Wendell (Tonya) Fryman; 2 sisters, Charlotte (John) Napier & Paula Carpenter; 3 grandchildren: Hunter & Kobe Hamilton and Landon Purvis; several nieces & nephews; and a beloved friend he thought of as a son, Dexter (Sarah) Sims and his children, Payton, Easton & Jackston.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 10th at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home with burial to follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Thursday.
