Timothy Lee Sams, 55, died Saturday November 25, 2006 at Nicholas Co. Hospital.

He was born July 18, 1951, was a native of Nicholas Co., was a former construction worker and was a member of Myers Christian Church.

Survivors include his mother, Merolyn Cameron Sams, Carlisle, 2 sons, William Allen & Ryan, and 2 brothers, Thomas Clay (Becky) Sams & Richard Fuller (Sherry) Sams, Carlisle.

He was preceded in death by his father William Clay Sams and a brother William Ray Sams.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Mathers-Gaunce F.H. by Chaplain Mary Purcell. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Thursday
