William Thomas "Willie" Thorpe, 80, husband of Kathy Taylor Thorpe, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Bourbon Heights.

A native of Bourbon County, he was born August 25, 1941 the youngest child of the late Charlie Douglas & Anna Lucille Stevenson Thorpe, was a longtime masonry employee and a member of Paris Church of Christ.

Also surviving are a son, Jock Taylor (Angela Turner); 2 granddaughters, Samantha Kornoelje & Joselynn Taylor; and special nieces & nephews: Barbara Justice, Esther McDaniel, Todd Justice & Tracy Thorpe.

Also preceding him in death were 12 brothers and sisters.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, Apr. 8th at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home officiated by Clay Leonard. Burial will follow in Barterville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Friday until the time of service.
