Bernice (Hicks) Feeback

Bernice Hicks Feeback, 94, of Lexington, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital.

Born July 24, 1926 in Wise, Virginia to the late William C. & Belva Cyphers Hicks, she began her career as an operator with General Telephone and retired from Sears, Roebuck & Co.

Surviving are 2 brothers: James A. (Jeanette) Hicks & William Arthur Hicks, both of Lexington, and several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding her in death were 3 brothers: Herbert, Fred & Aven Hicks, and 3 sisters: Pauline Hicks, Irene Rauch & Aileen Samples.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home officiated by James A. Hicks. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Thursday until the time of service.
