Billy Barton

William “Billy” Barton, 75, husband of 49 years to Gail George Barton, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, October 16, 2020.

Born March 14, 1945 in Carlisle to the late Oliver & Betty Huddleson Barton, Billy was a dedicated employee of Columbia Gas of Kentucky, where he worked for 30 years, and a faithful member of Blue Licks Christian Church. His greatest joy was watching his grandsons’ sporting events. 

Also surviving are his daughter, Kristi (Kevin) Morris; his sister, Lois Terrell; 2 special grandsons, Spencer & Lincoln Morris; and a nephew, Rodney (Serena) Brierly. 

Private graveside services will be held in the Carlisle Cemetery.
