Billy Ray Lyons, Jr.

Billy Ray Lyons, Jr., 57, of Carlisle, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his home.

Born September 23, 1962 in Sudic Bay, Philippines while his father served in the U.S. Navy, Billy worked in several areas of construction over the years and was very talented at dry-wall installation. He devoted himself to his work and enjoyed watching sports.

Surviving are his mother, Janet Fryman Mitchell, of Winchester; 2 daughters, Chelsey (Eddie) Greathouse, of Mason, Ohio, and Bethany Lyons, of Carlisle; and 3 sisters: Debbie (Dean) Sluder & Sandra Lyons, both of Lexington, and Cindy Lyons, of Winchester.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Lyons, Sr., and his step-father, Jimmy Mitchell.
