Bobby Adams

Bobby Joe Adams, Jr., husband of Theresa Newby Adams, passed away on Monday. June 21, 2021.

Born October 7, 1971 in Montgomery Co., he was a 1989 graduate of Nicholas Co. High School and a career welder & mechanic currently with C & R Asphalt. Bob was an avid antique tractor collector and well known for his restoration skills.

Other survivors are his parents, Doug & Matilda Barnes Hamilton; his daughters, Page (Nick) McCarty, Bobbie Jo Adams & Cassie Gale Adams; his brothers, Emery Shepherd, Chris Adams & Steve (Joanne) Hamilton; his sisters, Delilah Dollar, Stephanie Hamilton (Roy) Hawkins & Stacey (Bruce) Treash; and a special nephew, Heath Adams, along with several other nieces, nephews and many beloved friends.

Preceding him in death was his father, Bobby Adams, Sr.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at Mathers-Gaunce F.H. by Rev. Steve Smith and Tyler Duncan. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Thursday.
