Carol Sue (Marshall) Plunkett

Carol Sue Marshall Plunkett, 70, wife of the late William Dean Plunkett, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

A Nicholas County native, Carol was born September 6, 1948 to the late Meredith Lawrence & Estella Rankin Caswell Marshall. She was a beautician for several years and a former employee of Mallinckrodt in Paris, but took her greatest joy from caring for her family at home.

Surviving are a son, David Michael Plunkett, of Carlisle, and a brother, Charles (Linda) Marshall, of Burlington.

A memorial dinner will be held in the near future.
