Cindy Sue (Humphries) Salas

Cindy Sue Humphries Salas, 42, of Moorefield, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Born December 29, 1981 in Carlisle, she was a devoted mother, homemaker and “dog mom”. Cindy loved flowers, being outdoors, and playing the guitar. 

Surviving are her longtime companion, Charles L. “Chuck” Banfield, Jr.; 4 children: Sephania M. Humphries, Dewayne D. Humphries, Kaylee F. Humphries & Selena M. Humphries; her mother, Kathy Comberger White; and 3 sisters: Beverly Barnett, Sandy Yenger & Kandi Jones. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Lee Humphries. 

A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held 4:00-6:00 P.M. Saturday, August 3rd at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home.
