Diana Kay (Curran) Cobb

Diana Kay Curran Cobb, 76, wife of the late Redmon L. “Curly” Cobb, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Willowbrook Healthcare in Carlisle. 

Born May 28, 1949 in Montgomery County to the late William L. & Viola Vice Curran, she was a devoted homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Carlisle. 

Surviving are 2 sons, Bobby G. Cobb & Stephen A. (Susan) Cobb; 2 sisters, Karen (David) Ritchie & Vicki (Allen) Sparks; 8 grandchildren: Mallory (Chris) Mays, Ryan Cobb (Brenden Ludlow), Trevor Cobb, Miley Cobb, Michael Williams, Shantel Williams, Megan Cobb & Blake Cobb; and 4 great-grandchildren: Laurel & Corbin Mays, Josie Williams & Conner Sepulvado, along with several nieces & nephews. 

Also preceding her in death were a son, Thomas W. Cobb; and a niece, Audra Sparks. 

Services will be 7:00 P.M. Monday, December 8th at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 6:00 P.M. 

Following cremation, Diana will be inurned at Battle Grove Cemetery in Cynthiana.
