Edna Claud Mae Bishop Frampton, 84, known as "Link" to her family and "Eddie" to her friends, died October 19, 2019 at the Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands, California.
She was born June 27, 1935 in Carlisle, Kentucky to the late Kenneth Wade Bishop and Claudia Ruth Bishop. She was a waitress, hostess and bartender in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She managed a night club in El Paso, Texas. When she retired, she moved to California to be near her daughter.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Oliver Curtis and Forrest "Buddy" Curtis and sister Mary Jo Bishop.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Gulley, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, her grandson, Michael Mills of Ironton, Ohio, her sister Rose Gayrene Edgington of Aberdeen, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews who she loved very much. She also had many dear friends that she met over the years that she still remained in contact with.
She was very loved and will be missed.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Barterville United Methodist Church led by Pastor Jerry Eubanks. Inurnment of her ashes will be in Barterville Cemetery.
