Gage Gaunce-McFarland

Gage Dawayne Allen Gaunce-McFarland, 20, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023.

He was born in Cynthiana, Ky. on November 14, 2002, was a 2022 graduate of Robertson Co. High School and employed with his father at McFarland and Son’s Contracting. A true country boy at heart, Gage loved to fish, hunt and ride four-wheelers.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lacy Gaunce Pruitt; his father, James Robert McFarland, Sr. (Amanda Green); maternal grandparents, Lowell "Buddy" & Betty Gaunce; his paternal grandparents, Tari Nutter & William McFarland; maternal great-grandmother, Pansy Whitt; paternal great-grandmother, Wanda Wills; his siblings: Brooklynn McFarland, Halie Pruitt, James Robert McFarland, Jr., Adreyona Shrout, Aydan Gaunce, Michael McFarland, Kimberly Wood & Harley Spencer; special cousins he was raised with, Ethan McFarland, Sophira McFarland & Chase McFarland; and 2 close uncles, Allen Gaunce & Will McFarland, along with a host of aunts and cousins.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00-6:00 P.M. Sunday, June 11th at Blue Licks Christian Church.
