Jane Chestine Curd Clines, 96, wife of the late John B. Clines, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home.
Born November 7, 1922 in Bourbon County to the late Charles Patrick & Catherine Hathaway Shouse Curd, she was a longtime nurses aide, having worked at the Bourbon County Hospital, the University of Kentucky Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are 3 sons: John David (Linda) Clines, of Cynthiana, Danny Samuel (Pam) Clines, of Florida, and Donald Patrick (Elfriede) Clines, of Paris; a daughter, Wilma Sue (Rocky) Moore, of Carlisle; a special niece, Barbara Robinson; 19 grandchildren, including a special grandson, Dwayne Duncan; 42 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were 4 brothers: Jack, Larimore & Ray Curd and Russell Willoughby; 3 sisters: Fannie Dawson, Catherine Watkins and Celie Willoughby; and 3 grandchildren: Joseph Clines, Regina Dee Duncan and Whitney Lane.
Services will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Pastor Steve Baker with burial to follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. Tuesday until the service.
