Junius Lee Evans

Junius Lee Evans, 42, husband of Angie Ritchie Evans, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

Born July 14, 1975 in Nicholas County, he worked at several odd jobs over the years and greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors and with his family.

Also surviving are a son, James Coppage, 3 brothers: Doug (Gayle) Mitchell, Richard (Sue) Mitchell and David (Linda) Evans, all of Carlisle, and several beloved nieces and nephews, as well as a large extended family.

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Jessie (Evans) & Larry Cooper.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 26, 2018 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. James Jolly with burial to follow in the Land’s End Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Monday until the time of service.
