Kenny Ray Snapp

Kenneth Ray “Kenny Ray” Snapp, Jr., 68, of Nicholas County, husband of Teresa Reising Snapp, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, January 30, 2026.

A Nicholas County native born August 23, 1957 to the late Kenneth, Sr. & Betty G. Feeback Snapp, he worked for many years as the manager at Rockhaven Auction House. A born-again Christian, Kenny had a deep love for Jesus. He enjoyed watching Kentucky Basketball, hunting, attending auctions and connecting with friends through his iPad. A kind soul, Kenny was well-loved by all.

Additional survivors include his daughter, Alisha Snapp (Michael Todd Rye); a brother, Glenn Keith Snapp; his devoted caregiver, Ashley Flynn; and special friends, Tammy Pilosky (John Wagner), Brian Nickerson, and John & Karla Vickers.

Also preceding him in death was a brother, Dennis Wayne Snapp.

Services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 7th at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Pastor Gary Stitt with visitation beginning at 11:00 A.M. In support of Kenny Ray's love of Kentucky Basketball, the family would like for everyone to wear their blue/UK gear. 

Private burial will be in the Saltwell Cemetery.
