Lester Snapp Obituary

Lester Allen Snapp, 86, husband of Cleoda Miller Snapp, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

Born November 3, 1929 in Nicholas County to the late Cambridge & Mina Ritchie Snapp, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, a lifelong carpenter and farmer and member of the Carlisle United Methodist Church. Also surviving are a daughter, Vicki Snapp Hatfield, of Carlisle, a brother-in-law, Clyde Miller, of Cynthiana, and several nieces and nephews. He was a beloved "Pawie" to Michael "Red" & Amy Bowles and their children, Jake, Kenzie & Keylee.

He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers: Ernest, Raymond C. & Robert Spencer Snapp, and a sister, Relma Ruth Snapp Miller.
