Lillian Mae Maines Crump, 84, of Millersburg, wife of the late Hobart Crump, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Bourbon Heights in Paris.
Born February 7, 1937 in Lexington to the late George & Josephine Maples Maines, she was a former employee of Hansley Mills, had worked many years cleaning homes and churches in the area and attended Millersburg Baptist Church. Lillian loved flower gardening, going to Cave Run Lake and vacationing with her family.
Surviving are a daughter, Penny (Danny) Barbee; a son-in-law, David Willoughby; 4 grandchildren, David Bruce (Anita) Willoughby & John (Rachel) Willoughby and Chelsea & Danielle Barbee; 7 great-grandchildren: Kristen (Ross) Bowen, Sam (Kylie) Morrison and Justin, Madison, Makenzie, Makan & Maxwell Willoughby; and 3 great-great grandchildren: Averie & Reece Bowen and Silas Morrison.
Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Arnita Willoughby; 3 brothers: Abner “Abbie” Maines, James Walter “J.W.” Maines & Lee William “Butter” Maines; and 2 sisters, Grace Lowery and Ramona Snowden.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 19, 2021 at the Millersburg Baptist Church by Bro. Dale Gatewood with burial to follow in Millersburg Cemetery.
Her grandchildren will serve as casketbearers.
Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Friday until the time of service.
