Phillip Allen Howard

Phillip Allen Howard, 71, husband of the late Connie Snapp Howard, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019 at his home.

A Nicholas County native born November 11, 1947 to the late Otis & Olga Hammonds Caswell, he was a retired employee of the Nicholas County Road Department, a former member of the Nicholas County Lions Club and the Lay Witness Outreach Program and longtime member of Saltwell United Methodist Church. Phillip loved working on antique tractors and was active in the Central Kentucky Antique Farm Machinery Association.

Surviving are a daughter, Tina Payne and her husband, Arnold, along with their children, Samantha & Sydney Payne.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Bro. Jerry Watkins. Burial will follow in Carlisle Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday.
