Phyllis Sidles Obituary

Phyllis Sidles, 65, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at her home.

Born August 10, 1956 in Nicholas County to the late William & Martha McKenzie Sidles, she was a retired Registered Nurse, having worked at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington and Good Samaritan Hospital in Clarksville, Tenn.

Survivors include her brother, James P. (Janet) Sidles, of Carlisle, and her sister, Barbara Scott, of Hardyville, along with several nieces & nephews.

Also preceding her in death were a sister, Jackie Kash, and her twin brother, Phillip Sidles.

Per her request, there will no services held.

Burial will be on the family lot in Carlisle Cemetery.
