Randy Howard

Randell Lee “Randy” Howard, 55, longtime companion of Marcella Green, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. 

A Nicholas County native born on April 24, 1966, Randy was a 1984 graduate of Nicholas County High School, spent many years as an EMT for  Nicholas County EMS and a firefighter for the Nicholas County Fire Department. He loved collecting & working on antique cars, and hunting deer & turkey. 

Also surviving are his father, James H. Howard, of Carlisle, and a special friend, Bradley Capps, along with several aunts, uncles & cousins. 

Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Clark Nichols Howard, his brother, Jamie Clark Howard, and his beloved boxer, Spanky. 

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 17, 2021 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home with burial to follow in Carlisle Cemetery. 

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Thursday.
