Robert Evans

Robert Gene "Egor" Evans, 55, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the University of KY Medical Center in Lexington.

A native of Nicholas Co. he was born November 9, 1965, was a long-time employee of Briarbrooke Farm in Paris and enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include his daughter, Kristen Evans; his mother, Violet Williams of Salt Lick, along with his brothers and sisters:  Reba Detro, Pat Evans, Sherman (Mary) Evans, Kenny (Colphine) Evans,  Joe (Patty) Evans, Jimmy (Judy) Evans, Mack (Becky) Evans, Cherry Hunt, Gayle (David) Eckler, Faith (James) Eckler, Jill Evans, Charles Jolly, Paul Allen Jolly and Ruthie Jolly, along with his K-9 companions Nitro & Carma.

Preceding him in death were his parents Ray & Sylvia Browning Evans, 2 brothers Billy & Ray Louis Evans and a sister Jessie Evans Cooper.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in the Elizaville Cemetery.
