Ronald Hunt “Ronnie” Wilcoxson, 88, husband of Annis Talley Wilcoxson, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Hospice Care Center at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. 

Born November 10, 1933 in Nicholas County to the late Leonard Herndon & Elizabeth Jewell Hunt Wilcoxson, he was a retired supervisor for Jockey International, a lifelong farmer and member of the Carlisle Christian Church.  Ronnie greatly enjoyed being outdoors and took great pride in maintaining his yard, he lived on his mower. 

Also surviving are a sister, Fay Kimes; 2 brothers, David Wilcoxson & Anthony Wayne Wilcoxson; and a special niece & nephew, Vicky Lynn Wilcoxson & Paul Talley, along with several other nieces & nephews.

Also preceding him in death were 2 brothers, Jimmy & Larry Joe Wilcoxson. 

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 8th at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Steve Smith with burial to follow in Elizaville Cemetery.  

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon Wednesday until the time of service.
