Traci Lynn (Royse) Wasson

Traci Lynn Royse Wasson, 56, of Paris, wife of Joey David Wasson, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. 

Born October 20, 1967 in Bourbon County, she worked as a pharmacy technician at Wal-Mart, had been a beautician for several years and was a member of Little Rock Christian Church. Traci greatly enjoyed reading, playing Skip Bo and traveling, especially to the beach and Tennessee.

In addition to her husband, Joey, she is survived by her mother, Sherrie Roberts Royse Wilson, of Little Rock; her daughter, Shae Royse (Thomas) Stanfield; 2 stepdaughters, Alexis Nicole Wasson & Tabitha Michelle Wasson; 2 brothers, Kent Royse & Edward Royse; 2 sisters, Stephanie Adams & Barbara (Chris) Johnson; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry D. Wasson & Brenda Joyce (Erin) Lamy; 2 grandchildren, Joanna Nicole Lynn Stanfield & Amberleigh Mae Nicole Oney; and her nieces & nephew, Aleena Royse, Austin (Samantha) Adams & Carraden Adams.

Traci was preceded in death by her father, Alan Lee Royse; her maternal grandparents, Marion Chad & Edelweiss “Weisy” Spencer Roberts; her paternal grandparents, Dallas Chester & Beatrice Herrington Royse; and her in-laws, Jerry Wayne & Janie Pollard Wasson.

Following cremation, the family will hold a memorial service 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 18th at Little Rock Christian Church.
