Virginia Wagoner Cronan, 90, wife of the late John H. Cronan, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at her home.
Born July 3, 1926 in Nicholas County to the late Benjamin & Maggie Sosby Wagoner, she was a former employee of the Nicholas County Hospital and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are 2 daughters: Linda (Gary) Sibert & Tammy (Kelley) Trussell; a grandson: David (Crystal) Sibert; 3 granddaughters: Nikki Watkins and Ashlyn & Kristen (Dustin Scott) Trussell; 4 great-grandsons: Trenton & Logan Campbell, Avery Sibert and Kason Trussell; 4 great-granddaughters: Courtney & Payton Sibert and Hannah & Jenna Watkins; 2 step-great-grandchildren: Hunter & Cassidy Wells, all of Carlisle.
Also preceding her in death were 2 sisters, Willa Belle & Louisa Ann Wagoner.
Services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Rev. Steve Smith. Burial will follow in the Carlisle Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. Tuesday until the time of service.
