Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home has been serving the families of Nicholas County and Central Kentucky for 150 years. We understand that a funeral is a reflection of a person's life. We will help you plan a service that is meaningful for your family. Our handicap accessible, spacious chapel, with seating for over 200 people, offers the flexibility of being arranged to suit your family's personal needs during services and visitations. Whatever your wishes, our staff can coordinate any special requests to make a funeral service unique, be it in our chapel or in the worship place of your choice. We can also help with out of town and international arrangements.
CREMATION
Whether a full traditional service followed by cremation or the simplicity of a direct cremation, we can meet all your needs in a professional manner and at an affordable price. We can arrange for burial, enurnment or even the scattering of cremains.
MERCHANDISE
Our funeral home prides itself on the quality of funeral related merchandise it offers. We only offer products manufactured by the leading funeral supply companies in the country. Our casket selection room is one of the most unique of its kind. Caskets are displayed in quartered oak cases behind glass. We offer a complete line of caskets, vaults, urns, burial clothing, and memorial products all at affordable prices.
