With deepest sympathy to Chelsey and Bethany for the loss of their father. Billy's daughters were his whole world and he loved them deeply. I'd also like to offer condolences to Billy's ex-wife, Missy, with whom he shared many happy years. Finally, to my mother Janet and my sisters Debbie and Cindy, may happy memories of times shared with Billy sustain you through this difficult time as you grieve the loss of your son/brother. Billy was a kind person and will be missed.

I just saw this. I have so many great memories with Billy. We were very close for a long time...a long time ago. We always made each other laugh no matter how long we had gone without seeing each other. Thank you for the memories my friend. My thoughts are with your sisters and Mom.

Janet, Debbie, Sandy, Cindy, Bethany and Chelsea,

Billy was a dear friend to me long ago as you all know. Me, him and Cecil were once inseparable. Billy was always so good to me. He was a gentle soul. I have nothing but fond memories of him. I wish you you all comfort in your time of sorrow.
